Well packaged good goods

END is a great website I use to find rare finds at a very reasonable price. They’re extensive collection of great brands is only rivaled by few. One thing however I wish END didn’t engage in is price hikes of new sneaker launches. There are several occasions where END launches products above retail price which at times can turn your loyal customers and relative sneaker heads away.

My item is not delivered yet until today

Sneakers came in great with no flaw can be seen by manufacture so far. If End. can fix the Problem of import duties? Canadian custom charges $175 on the 3 pairs of shoes from End. That is $95 more than the tax they collected! Tough for me to make another purchasing. To compare Nike.ca shipped from Europe also but without custom duties.

Jack was excellent on the phone helping with my order but the trainers I ordered were not found by warehouse staff! So order refunded ?!??!? Poor very very poor ….

The item received is not the same color (way more light in photos than in real life).

I needed to pay 50$ for the package to be sent in Canada due to taxes (the item is worth 90$ btw)…

If I want to have a refund, I need to pay for the shipping….

So a big waste of money, wont ever buy again!
